This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
