This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Inspection Services. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is requesting proposals for a commercial services contract at, San Diego Detachment, Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI). for NRTL field evaluationservices. The purpose of these NRTL servicess is verifying that installed IPE and its component parts are in compliance withOSHA standards concerning machine guarding and electrical safety.
Details of the requirement are listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)
This requirement is being competed on an unrestricted basis (full and open), and the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service type contract. This is a non-personnel services contract.
The ordering period will be 08/15/2025 - 08/14/2028
