The Fort Valley Utility Commission Will Accept Sealed Bids For The Construction And Installation To Upgrade 4 Regulator Stations To Ensure The Inlet Valves Are Accessible In Emergency Conditions. The Four Stations Will Be At Atlanta Sand, Cactus Hill, Golf Course And Harris Drive. Bids Will Be Received In The Fort Valley Utility Commission Administration Office, 500 Anthoine St, Fort Valley, Georgia, Until 11:00 A.m. Local Time On Friday, January 3, 2025. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For The Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Calendar Days After Bid Opening Date. All Potential Bidders Must Hold A Current Georgia Utility Contractor¿s License Of Proper Classification And In Full Force And Effect, In Compliance With Act. O.c.g.a. 43-14. Contractor Must Be A Qualified Natural Gas Contractor Under The Laws Of The State Of Georgia And Must Comply With Any Federal, State, And Municipal Guidelines And Regulations.
