THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE SERVICE CONTRACT
AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West, San Diego, intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price contract to Naveris Inc to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform NavDX testing for Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source being available to meet the Government-s needs, to:
