NAVWAR PEO MLB is holding an Industry Day for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Plus (ERP+). No solicitation exists. This is not a request for a quote, request for proposal, request for a proof of concept, or an invitation to bid. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the US Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Nothing presented during Industry Day commits the Navy to an acquisition approach, agreement, or contract. The Government will not reimburse or pay for attendance or responses provided regarding this RFI.The Government is hosting a hybrid (in-person / virtual) Industry Day to collaborate and discuss program requirements in preparation for the development of the ERP+ acquisition strategy. In-person participation for this event will be limited to two representatives per firm. Due to space constraints, participation may be further limited based on the number or RSVPs the Government receives. Initial market research indicates the majority of SAP ECC-based systems are migrating to SAP S/4, which is the only operable interface to SAP's HANA database cloud product. The majority of responses to our market research conducted in 2021 and 2022 advocated this approach. The Navy is considering a SAP Enterprise License approach to support the transition from ECC to S/4 to include Proof of Concept or development efforts for the 30+ new capabilities.
