INITIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS:
All correspondance shall go through the following individuals only unless stated otherwise; Alanna Young, Contracting Officer, alanna.g.young.naf@us.navy.mil; Kaitlyn Garcia, Contract Specilaist, kaitlyn.garcia@nexweb.org. All offerors must follow the guidance set forth in Section L and M of this Request for Proposal (RFP) when submitting offers. Proposals are due on 22 July 2025 at 3:00PM EST, unless otherwise stated in an amendment to this solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the RFP closing date and time by email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist stated above. The date and time of the pre-proposal teleconference will be Monday, June 16th at 10:00AM EST. Advanced information will be required for participation. Please send the Contract Specialist, Kaitlyn Garcia, kaitlyn.garcia@nexweb.org, with your name, company, and email address no later than three (3) days prior to the pre-proposal conference in order to receive call-in information. Participation in the pre-proposal conference is highly recommended for all prospective offerors. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project is to provide all design, construction, and procurement necessary for the removal and replacement of a fire alarm system with Simplex Proprietary Products and Distribution which will result in a code compliant operational fire alarm system servicing the entire facility from the central front desk location.
