PRODUCTS ARE PERMITTED. [BCLICDTS(1] This information is for solicitation SPE1C1-25-R-0079. This is for the purchase of Navy Swimmers- Trunks. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) with a minimum quantity of 20,000 each for the life of the proposed contract. The overall contract maximum quantity for the life of the contract is 125,000 each.

The award will consist of five (5) 12 month tier periods that DLA Troop Support reserves the right to invoke three days prior to the expiration of each current term year of the contract. The acquisition will be a small business set aside.

The delivery orders are due 120 days after the issue date of the order with a follow on of 90 days. Source Selection criteria will be used for award evaluation purposes. Technical Merit is significantly more important than price. Evaluation factors for award are the following:

Product Demonstration Models (PDM)
Past Performance/Performance Confidence Assessment (via the SPRS System)
