The Government intends to purchase on a firmfixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis CPI Electron Device Business,Inc. / Beverly Microwave Division. for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)by FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13.Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoDcontract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov.This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in termsof price and technical acceptability.This notice is intent to sole source with CPI Electron Device Business, Inc. / Beverly Microwave Division.Vendors must be CPI Electron Device Business, Inc. / Beverly Microwave Division authorized distributor who is the OEM andprovide documentation to be considered.Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
