Description
Solicitation N00421-25-Q-1043 is issued as a competitive synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Exeltech Incorporated (Exeltech) Inverters, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/)database prior to submissionof an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
