Solicitation N0042125Q1259 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase ona firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for Wind River Systems, Inc for renewal of license support and maintenance of VxWorks 7 Core Platform & VxWorks 7 Project Licenses currently in use by the AN/SPN-46 system., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13.
Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submissionof an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically athttp://www.sam.gov.
