The work includes providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to replace the Bell Isle Pier deck and railings, approximately 900'. The work is located at Swanquarter National Wildlife Refuge, which is at 85 Mattamuskeet Rd, Swan Quarter, NC 27885. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications.This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.502-2.The NAICS Code: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. Small Business Size Standard $45.0 million dollarsThis requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36 Construction and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (c) Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
