The U.S. Embassy in Panamá has a requirement to purchase a NEC - Chancery Window Cleaning Service. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 19PM0725Q0013 issued as a Request for Quotation.
The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025 (DEVIATION FEB 2025).

Commence within five (5) working days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Complete the entire work ready for use not later than thirty 30) calendar days after receiving the NTP. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises and completion of punch list items.
Warranty: The entire window cleaning works will be guaranteed during a fifteen (15) days period from the date of the final acceptance by the U.S. Government.
Specifications/ datasheet: Offerors must follow Attachment A NEC - Chancery Window Cleaning Service, also include catalog and specifications of the equipment to be use during each part of the contract, including rental plan and damage equipment replace to avoid delays during cleaning execution.
FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Sep 2023), applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
