The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for the scheduled garbage collection at the NEC, located within Brussels. The contractor shall provide these services in full compliance with Belgian laws and other applicable regulations.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Contract TypeThe resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with 4, one-year options to renew.
Site VisitThe Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation site visit. The pre-proposal site visit will be held on May. 27th, 2025, at 11.00am (local time). Prospective offerors/quoters should contact BrusselsBids@state.gov for additional information on the location.

Registration Requirements
