The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to to enhance the security of the future NEC building in Brussels, by establishing a comprehensive camera and lighting perimeter that mitigates unauthorized entry, trespassing, and vandalism. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered
The Government is not planning a site visit and may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

OFFER INSTRUCTIONS: Complete the OFFER as instructed in section 3, including all blank spaces highlighted in yellow, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company, or the proposal may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. CONTRACT: The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance.
