- Bid Synopsis:The Department of Natural Resources (Department, hereafter) requests bids for Nelson-s Tree Marking Paint per the bid specifications. From July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 (State fiscal year) the Department purchased approximately $100,000 on tree marking paint. There are no guarantees of purchasing quantities, as all purchases are contingent upon price, need, and available funding. The contract for this bid will be for one year with four one year renewal options. The Department has around 50-60 locations in Wisconsin that use tree marking paint. Most of the purchases will be for between $1,000 to $5,000 with a healthy amount of smaller purchases for our smaller locations and making up for the short falls of the larger orders. This bid is for a delivered price to Wisconsin locations. Questions are encouraged and must be submitted by September 11, 2025 and 4:30 PM.
