    The VNS Therapy System provides the smallest and lightest responsive therapy available for drug-resistant epilepsy patients aged four years and older. It-s used as an adjunctive therapy in reducing the frequency of seizures in patients with partial onset seizures that are refractory to antiepileptic medications. It is designed to change how brain cells work by giving electrical stimulation to certain areas involved in seizures.
