Description
THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract for 3,000 single-use licenses for Neuroticism, Extroversion and Openness - Personality Inventory - 3 (NEO-PI-3) and 1,000 single-use licenses for Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) iAdmin Assessments, Score Reports, and Technical Manuals, on an SOLE SOURCE basis, but is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought synopsis. In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside.
The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Psychological Assessment Resources (PAR), Inc. The Government projects award for 1 August 2025, to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command with a base period of coverage of 1 August 2025 - 31 July 2026 and three one-year option periods. The anticipated award date is 30 July 2025.
