This requirement is being set-aside to Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL; NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL AFTER AN EVALUATION HAS BEEN MADE ON THE PROVIDED SF-330s. SCOPE OF WORK: This contract will provide for a design for renovate Medication rooms at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. The A-E is to provide Architect/Engineer (A/E) services to design a construction project to renovate Medication rooms at the Salt Lake City VAMC located at 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148.The contractor shall design the following:Statement of Work: The Salt Lake City VA Campus requires a design to renovate all medicine rooms on campus (including non-standard medicine storage areas for example G.I., where medicine is stored in the procedure room/clean core) totaling approximately 20 rooms for 2,000 SQ FT. The VA anticipates that 300 SQ FT (2 rooms, included in the 2000 SQ FT) will be for the buildout of new med rooms and old locations renovated for workstations needing to be relocated.
