- Sealed Proposals For Furnishing All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment And Appurtenances Necessary To Complete The New Access Road At Sofkee Industrial Park Located At 3061 & 3071 Kumho Parkway In Macon-bibb County (the ¿project¿) Will Be Received By The Macon-bibb County Industrial Authority (the ¿owner¿) At Their Office Located At 439 Mulberry Street, Macon, Ga 31201 Until 11:00 A.m., Monday, June 2, 2025 At Said Office. The Project Consists Of Furnishing All Labor And Materials Required For The Construction Of A New Gravel Access Road, Including But Not Limited To Clearing, Grubbing, Grading, Drainage, Gravel Paving, Erosion Control, And Grassing Of An Approximate 6-acre Site. The Site Work Project Will Be Awarded In One Contract And Proposal Evaluated Based On The Evaluation Factors Listed In The Rfp.
