Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 Regional Procurement Office West 124 E Hwy 67 Suite 100 Duncanville TX intends to solely negotiate with AgileRank, LLC 21515 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 310 Sterling, VA 20166-6509 for the procurement of Operations Room Control automation features tied to the implementation of a Real Rime Location Systems (RTLS) such as CenTrak to assist location at every level of locating using communication devices. This service will be procured using existing Service Maintenance Agreements between AgileRank and the VA to maintain and upgrade RTLS.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with RFO 12.102 (a), Soliciting from a Single Source.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, Contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer whether to continue with the sole source procurement or to provide for competition. Such responses MUST be received no later than Tuesday April 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST. Forward responses by e-mail to Francisco.Mendoza@va.gov . Due to technical issues, please allow additional time if you re using electronic means.
Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued.
