The Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA) will receive Sealed Bids in accordance with the Bid package instructions and requirements, from General Contractors/Bidders for the Construction of New Communal and Recreational Facilities, Demolition of the Building No. 22 and Improvements tostreet "C" at Rafael Hernandez Kennedy Public Housing Project (RQ-4011) Mayagueez, on the date and time indicated above.The IFB process is designed to promote fair and open competition while seeking a competitive cost option. The IFB package must be downloaded from the website https://subastas.avp.pr.gov.Interested Bidders must enter the User's guide to participate in Bid Process, download Procurement Package.
