Description:
Description : This Project is located at the US Army Reserve Area also known as the “Hawaii Army National Guard Training Area. The AAFES Shoppette Store-s is located at this location, the HVAC system is currently inoperable. For this project the Contractor/Vendor will assess and properly remove and replace two (2) ACCU Condenser Coils and Fan assemblies from a Twinned Mitsubishi HVAC unit model: PUHY-P96TKMU-A-BS (Unit No. 1) and model: PUHY-P72TKMU-A-BS (Unit No. 2). The work shall include the cost of replacement, of two (2) Condenser Coils and two (2) Fan assemblies. Disassembly and reassembly of all related electrical and mechanical components, lines, terminals, metal shrouds and to reservice the HVAC system. The Scope of Work/Specifications (SOW/Specs) is based on a complete and operable HVAC system. Work contract will include the costs of labor, equipment/tools, and job rentals, to implement and complete the job in a good and acceptable workmanship.
