The New England CERF-P has a requirement for non-personal services to assist with the Collective Training Event in Exeter, RI. The contractor shall provide role players, SCVS reset, medical support, mannequins, and moulage capabilities for the entire duration of the exercise. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control as defined in the Performance Work Statements.
This competitive solicitation is to be issued as: 100% set-aside under Small Business IAW 19.5 - Set Aside for Small Business.
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, resulting from this solicitation.
Period of Performance: 14-18 July 2025
