- Description Construct approximately 2,640 linear feet of fence. Fence to be constructed with 4 strands of 12 ½ gage wire with 4 pointbarbs. Wire fence to be approximately 12 inch spacing. 6 foot steel fence posts at 8-10 foot spacings. 8 inch pressure treated or 2 inch galvanized pipe for corners and ends. If end or corner posts cannot be excavated or driven to a depth of 3 ½ feet, then posts to be installed with concrete base.
