NOTICE TO BIDDERS Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked Bid 2025-31: New Generator for Sheriff-s Office and Jailuntil Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. November 25, 2025,at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 10:00am at the Newton County Sheriff-s Office, 208 W Coler Street, Neosho. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner Mark Knight, 417 451 8223. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
