Description:
Description : Puunene Armory requires a replacement of two (2) Commercial Ductless Split HVAC units. Both units are Mitsubishi, the first is a 36K unit, and the second is a 12K unit. The Contractor/Vendor is responsible to remove and disposal of the “old” HVAC units. Supply and install approve equals new 36K and 12K ductless split HVAC units. The use of existing electrical and mechanical supply lines, circuit breakers andthe Distances Direct Control (DDC) device must be thoroughly inspected prior to installation. The HVAC units must be complete, and fully operational based on but not limited to the plans and the Scope of Work/Specifications (SOW/specs). The contract shall include the costs of labor, equipment/tools, and rentals, to implement and complete the project in a good and acceptable workmanship. See specific details below.1. Remove and dispose of the “old” 36K and 12K ductless split (indoor/outdoor) HVAC units in the computer server room and in the distance learning room to an authorized Landfill or to a Recycling Plant.2. Use of existing electrical wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, mechanical supply lines and the Distance Direct Control device must be thoroughly inspected for serviceability prior to connection.Repair/replace any defects as required to meet standard electrical and plumbers- codes.3.
