COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION DETAILSThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, is soliciting offers with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield a minimum of 5,410 to a maximum of 5,500 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous Medical office and related space in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The location shall have a minimum of 12 parking spaces available and must be located outside the 100-year floodplain.A lease up to 10 Years will be considered. The space must be available for occupancy by October 1, 2026,Only Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a Newly Constructed Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone modernization or adaptive reuse of the Space with modern conveniences. Building must not be part of retail setting, strip mall, in between other tenants or sharing walls.Space within or facing the following boundaries will be considered:North: Hwy. 404 turns to 37 & to 40. South: Ocean, and Hwy. 32.
