Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, will be publishing Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) # 36C248-24-R-0184 with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield 12,000 contiguous ABOA square feet of Medical Office and related space in Titusville, Florida. The space shall have a minimum of 80 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered.Only Existing buildings will be considered.
