The requirement will be sole sourced to Hill-Rom, Inc., 1069 State Road 46 E. Batesville, IN 47006-7520. Hill-Rom, Inc. will provide Maintenance and Support on the Baxter Progressa and Centrella Hospital Beds as well as labor provided to perform annual documented mattresses and fire barrier audits required per Patient Safety Alert AL24-0 at the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Louisville KY. Hill-Rom, Inc. has provided a proprietary letter for the Baxter Progressa and Centrella Hospital Beds that they are the only authorized provider of services and do to have third parties that are authorized to provide services. This service will be Sole Sourced to Hill-Rom, Inc. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 811210 has a size standard of $34 M. for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00 a.m. CST, June 18, 2025 to: diane.ziegler@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response.
