Murphy VA Hospital. Due to the proprietary nature of the instrumentation, it is essential that only Certified Richard Allan Field Service Engineer s (FSE) work on the Histostar Embedding Center and HM 355 Rotary New2009. LocationThis service and maintenance will be used on Histostar Embedding Center (SN: HS7368C1809, HS8049C1902) and the HM 355 Rotary New2009(SN: S17051037, S10751036,S107081605, S17102156,S17102223) in the Histology laboratory located in the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service s San Antonio Laboratories of the STVHCS. Period of PerformanceThe Contract period of performance:Base 12/01/2025 11/30/2026Option 1 12/01/2026 11/30/2027Option 2 12/01/2027 11/30/2028Option 3 12/01/2028 11/30/2029Option 4 12/01/2029 11/30/2030 Contractor Service Program should include at a minimum:Onsite repair.Certified Richard Allan Field Service EngineerAll replacement parts.All Labor, travel and expenses for unscheduled visits.One yearly scheduled preventative maintenance onsite repair.All applicable instrument shipping charges.24/7 Toll Free Hotline with same day response.Emergency repair with 24 hours from time of request.Repairs will occur during normal working hours 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.
