Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA West Palm Beach Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, will be publishing Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) # 36C248-26-R-0042 with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield 12,948 contiguous ABOA square feet of Medical Office and related space in Vero Beach, Florida. The space shall have a minimum of 100 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered.
New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a new building, the space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone modernization, or adaptive reuse for the space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2028.
Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:
North - 20th Street
East - US-1
South - Oslo Road
West - I-95
