Description:
The Facilities Construction East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for an Exterior Facade Restoration project, at the United States Postal Service owned Murray Hill Annex 205 East 36th Street, New York, NY 10016, New York County. Please see attached Summary of Work.
The estimated cost of the work is between $8,000,000 and $9,000,000; with construction completion no later than Eight hundred (800) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
The solicitation will open October 16, 2025 on USPS eSourcing Coupa (see How to Participate below) and close on November 17, 2025. A pre-proposal meeting for this project will be held on October 24, 2025 at 10:00am, (local time) on site & via Microsoft Teams: Meeting ID: 229 210 337 564 3 - Passcode: VW7HM6hV . Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
