The Facilities Construction R&A East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Roof Replacement project, at the United States Postal Service owned Newark MPO 2 Federal Square, Newark, NJ 07102-3515, Essex County. Please see attached Summary of Work.The estimated cost of the work is between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000; with construction completion no later than Two hundred fifty (250) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.The solicitation will open April 8, 2025 on USPS eSourcing Coupa (see How to Participate below) and close on May 8, 2025.
