The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, is soliciting offers with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient square footage to yield a minimum of 15,250 to a maximum of 15,308 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous Medical office and related space in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The space shall have a minimum of 87 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered.New and Existing buildings will be considered.
