Description
In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Northern Indiana Veteran Healthcare System (Fort Wayne & Marion Campuses) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Glomax Inc., SDVOSB. They are located at 11650 Olio Road STE 1000-285 Fishers, IN 46037. Glomax shall provide comprehensive annual support for the Nexodose application and virtual server. Services shall include all applicable updates and upgrades to the software, as well as 24/7 phone application support and application maintenance. This procurement involves the maintenance of proprietary software and only authorized companies can provide software maintenance to the extent of modifying the software to ensure proper integration. Glomax is the only responsible source as they have been authorized to perform these services.The NAICS code for this procurement is 541511 Custom Computer Programming ServicesThe size standard - $34 million Product and Service Code (PSC) J065 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuild of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday May 30, 2025 at 12PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
