Description:
The United States Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), has a requirement for commercial equivalent AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices (NVD), along with an Extended Warranty, Accessories, Test Sets, and Tool Sets.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, intends to release a Solicitation W91CRB-26-R-5002 on or about 18 December 2025 on SAM.gov. This requirement is anticipated to be set aside for small businesses and will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case LH-B-UCK for the country of Lithuania.
