This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-25-ST-0256 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses Only (FAR 19.14). This solicitation is under NAICS 423410. Please see the attached documents for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1) Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Brand Name Only), the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed priced (FFP) purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Potential vendors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104 and must be registered in SAM.gov in order to be considered responsive to this notice.
