THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION
This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a solicitation for a contract to provide nitrogen bottle refurbishment. The desired result of these services is for the contractor to refurbish 420 each HP250 bottles to new/like new state.
This posting serves as pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-1036. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.
The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with the size standard for this NAICS code being $12,500,000.00. The Product Service Code is J049 Maintenance/Repair/Rebuilding of Equipment - Maintenance of Shop Equipment.
The planned period of performance is as follows:
