I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Air Force Sustainment Center PZIMA, Robins AFB, GA has a requirement to purchase Nitrogen Generator System and Nitrogen Storage Banks as described in the Purchase Description (PD), (Attachment 1). This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, effective 7 August 2025 and DFARS DPN change notice 20251110.
A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award will be made in accordance with the following:
This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.
NAICS Code: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,200 employees.
II. NATURE OF ACQUISITION:
Robins AFB has a requirement to purchase the below listed products. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All questions must be received by 20 Dec 2025, 12:00pm, EST. Proposals must be received no later than 23 Dec 2025, 12pm EST. E-Mail proposals are required. It is the offeror-s responsibility to ensure the proposal has been received by the contracting office by telephone or email confirmation. Fax proposals will not be accepted.
