The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue an award to Weathersby Strategic Consulting, LLC, 199 Bent Crk, Hattiesburg, MS 39402-8473, on a sole source basis utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13. The requirement is for one multiple physical site license for the following journal: Nixene Online Journal. This journal is used by ERDC Editing staff and Researchers to create scientific documents. The license is propriety to Nixene Journal and Weathersby Strategic Consulting, LLC is the licensed reseller/distributor for the in the U.S and to the ERDC.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
