THIS IS A REQUEST FOR STANDARD FORM (SF) 330 ARCHITECT-ENGINEER QUALIFICATION PACKAGES ONLY. ALL INFORMATION NEEDED TO SUBMIT SF 330 DOCUMENTS IS CONTAINED HEREIN. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, OR BIDDER¿S LIST WILL BE ISSUED. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY, NOR REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS REQUEST. INTRODUCTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for PR Number 0044001767 which requires Architect and/or Engineering (A&E) Services to evaluate the impact of incorporating electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, update the estimate of probable costs, and perform a code review for the Phase II addition to the Administration Facility located at the E. B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge, Atlantic County, New Jersey, that was initially designed in 2015. This project is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 ¿ ¿Engineering Services¿ and the annual small business size standard is $25.5M. All information needed to submit SF330 documents is contained herein. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.6 selection procedures apply. The architectural/engineering sources listed herein are being procured utilizing the Selection ofArchitects and Engineer¿s statute, also known as the Brooks Act or Qualifications Based Selection (QBS), FAR Part 36.6. All submissions will be evaluated in accordance with(IAW) the evaluation criteria identified in the Selection Criteria.
