***AMENDMENT 1 to the solicitatoin has been issued. It's important to note the following changes to the statement of work****
3.1.1.2. Maximum length - 260ft (change from 290- to tighten requirement)
3.1.6. Maximum unloaded freeboard of 13--6” (all submittals have freeboard in excess of 11--6”)
3.1.8. Vessel shall have its own fendering surface or rub rail along its Port and Starboard sides (REMOVE - consisting of timber or rubber for protection of pier / quay walls) (most submittals had steel rails only)
