Description
This is a competitive solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services adhering to the requirements of FAR Part 13.5 for full and open competition. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Library of Congress (Library) requires the procurement of custom printed labels with embossed Braille for the National Library Service (NLS) for the Blind and Print Disabled. The NLS requires printed labels for its cartridges, printed return labels for the cartridge containers and shipping box labels. This project involves the sourcing, producing, and shipping of the labels.
The Library will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that provides the best value to the government.
