The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit, plans to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (UEI KCKBAFDPP833) for the provision of consultant services in support of psychology doctoral internship placements through the New Mexico Psychology Internship Consortium (NM-PIC). The contractor is responsible for employing and placing psychology interns at the Northern Navajo Medical Center and for ensuring they are onboarded at their matched sites by August of each year. No other entity offers this combination of services within the context of NM PIC and the National Match System. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The anticipated period of performance is from July 7, 2025, to July 6, 2030.
