THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of: FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgencyTo INTRAWORKS INC7910 Lorraine CT NEAlbuquerque, New Mexico87113-1557, United States The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors $19.0 Million. The object of this sole source award to INTRAWORKS INC for the design and installation of a fire system. There is currently a critical risk to human health and safety. Immediate action is required to ensure compliance with all fire safety codes and regulations and to safeguard the lives of building occupants.This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
