Notice of Intent to Award - Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements
In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with NATIVEVET MATERIEL, LLC and HHB BUILDER & SUPPLY CO., INC. for miscellaneous construction supplies such as plumbing supplies, heating and cooling supplies, and electrical supplies on an as-needed basis…
The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with (4) one year option periods.
Base Year: Date of Award to March 31, 2026
1st Option Period: April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027
2nd Option Period: April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028
3rd Option Period: April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029
4th Option Period: April 1, 2029 to March 31, 2030
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of, $45.0 million of dollars.
No further awards will be made unless the need for Four Corners Regional Health Center changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than April 1, 2025 @ 12:00 pm MDT.
