Description
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located at US Highway 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico, 87420, has an upcoming requirement for the delivery of 24 new A-dec 522 Assistant and 24 521 Doctor Stools. The projected delivery date is 60 days after award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114 - Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00256 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 10, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 16, 2025 at 2pm MDT (1400). The acquisition is 100% Total Small Business set-aside.
