Notice of Intent to Award - Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with LAUN-DRY SUPPLY CO INC AND LOKOTA ENTERPRISES, INC. for various cleaning supplies that may include disinfectants, bag holders, dome frame w/ lockable lids, dust mops, mop holders, mops, buckets, baskets, cart wheels, dusters, cleaning tools, vacuum bags, vacuum filters, toilet bowl mops, toilet cleaning caddy, stripping floor pads, vacuum cleaner accessories, brooms, snap-top dispensing cap, floor+mate, counter/radiator brush, carpet extractors, stand hamper steel, and other miscellaneous cleaning supplies and accessories on an as-needed basis.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with (4) one year option periods.

Base Year: Date of Award to March 31, 2026
1st Option Year: April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027
2nd Option Year: April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028
3rd Option Year: April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029
4th Option Year: April 1, 2029 to March 31, 2030

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325612 - Polish and Other Sanitation Good Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Northern Navajo Medical Center changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
