The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in Shiprock, NM 87420 intends to Single Source, firm-fixed-price, award to The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc Suite 320, 215 South State Street, Salt Lake, UT 84111 to replenish funds for the postage meter at Northern Navajo Medical Center.
The award will be a single source procurement awarded to The Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on urgency. Northern Navajo Medical Center requires the postage meter to send hospital mail which includes documents, appointment letters, and prescriptions.
