National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Aircraft Operations Center (AOC)

Background
The Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) in Lakeland, FL, requires navigational database subscriptions for its fleet of eight aircraft. To maintain consistency, all subscription invoices will be prorated to ensure a unified period of performance ending on July 2, 2026. Renewing these subscriptions is essential for enhancing flight safety and situational awareness among aircrew members. The database provides access to up-to-date navigational charts for all airports within AOC-s operational area, enabling crews to effectively brief and execute actions across all phases of flight.

Updates are provided by purchasing an annual subscription. As only one company provides the required database updates for Jeppesen navigational charts, it is recommended that the government purchases this product for all eight aircraft directly from Jeppesen - A Boeing Company.

Requirements
